Welcome to the 2010-11 scouting year
Welcome back for another wonderful year of Cub Scouting. I bet you had a great time this summer and I can’t wait to hear all that you did and the things you learned about the great outdoors. I hope you are ready for a busy and fun time with cub scouts because we certainly have a lot planned.
Your Den will be meeting over the next several weeks and our first pack meeting is Wednesday, September 15 starting at 6:15 PM at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church. Let your friends know and be sure to be on time because we will have a lot of gathering activities that are sure to be a lot of fun.
Webelos, be sure to get the latest information about the 100th Anniversary Camporee in Estes Park the 25th and 26th of September and joining troop 377 and the Air Force falcons football game against navy October 1st to 3rd. Both will be a lot of fun and you should try to join us.
I look foward to seeing all of you in a few weeks. If you know of any first graders who want to join the pack or learn more about scouting be sure to let them know that we have our introductory meeting on Thursday, September 2 at 4:00 PM to talk about cub scouting. We will meet at the church.
